Our Managed solution customers are assigned a dedicated hosting engineer, who only caters for thier needs and those of a handful of other customers. As well as providing these customers with a virtual administrator, Sleek Networks provides proprietary control panel technology that enables the inexperienced administrator to easily set up and maintain sites on a server. This is achieved through an intuitive and user friendly 'point and click' method rather than by typing complicated commands at a prompt line.
Service Level Agreements
Sleek Networks also offers a supplementary suite of features and services that relate to managed hosting. These include application and database management, firewalling, storage, backup, high-availability services and load-balancing. These services are underpinned with performance guarantees and Service Level Agreements.
